Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Chatbot AI Developer to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate should have experience designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered chatbots using modern Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and conversational AI frameworks. You will work on innovative AI solutions for web and mobile applications across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-powered chatbots for websites, mobile apps, and enterprise platforms.
• Integrate LLMs such as OpenAI GPT, Google Gemini, Claude, or Llama into chatbot solutions.
• Build conversational workflows with tools like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Microsoft Bot Framework.
• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems using vector databases.
• Integrate chatbots with CRMs, APIs, WhatsApp, Slack, Telegram, and other communication platforms.
• Optimize chatbot performance, response accuracy, and user experience.
• Implement secure authentication, role-based access, and data privacy practices.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and project managers.
• Monitor chatbot analytics and continuously improve conversation quality.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Python or Node.js.
• Experience with OpenAI API, Gemini API, Claude API, or other LLMs.
• Understanding of NLP concepts and prompt engineering.
• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.
• Knowledge of vector databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate, or FAISS.
• Experience with REST APIs and webhook integrations.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of Git and Agile development practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience building AI assistants, customer support bots, or enterprise chatbots.
• Knowledge of speech-to-text and text-to-speech technologies is a plus.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines is an advantage.
