Chat Support Representative

One New Creation is hiring a remote Chat Support Representative to assist customers or clients with questions related to residential and commercial moving, scheduling, transportation coordination, documentation, and service operations.

About the role

This position is designed for someone who can maintain accurate details while efficiently moving work forward. You’ll handle customer requests, document interactions, resolve routine questions, and escalate complex cases as needed.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer or client requests connected with residential and commercial moving, customer scheduling, transportation coordination, documentation, and service operations.
• Review account, service, or request details and document each interaction with complete notes and next steps.
• Resolve routine questions within documented procedures and escalate complex or sensitive cases.
• Follow up on open requests, promised actions, or missing information.
• Use approved resources while adapting communication to the customer’s specific question.
• Meet service-quality, response-time, and documentation expectations.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication with a professional, solution-focused approach.
• Comfort learning CRM, ticketing, email, chat, phone, or web-based support workflows.
• Ability to learn service information quickly and explain it clearly.
• Strong documentation and follow-up habits.
• Prior customer-facing experience is helpful but transferable communication experience can qualify for junior roles.
• A pre-employment background check is required.

Pay

$51,000 - $60,000 per year
