Chat Support Representative

About the role

Biz Voice Boost Inc. is looking for a Chat Support Representative who can bring disciplined follow-through to written service quality across customer communication, contact-center support, outreach, quality, workforce, communications, and service operations. The role focuses on chat support service representation within contact-center service support, with decisions grounded in current records rather than memory or guesswork.

The practical outcome is dependable written service quality: clean records, explicit ownership, timely escalation, and fewer downstream fixes.

Responsibilities

• Track, own, coordinate, review, and maintain the Chat Support Representative workflow by helping the team:
  • Maintain clear and professional written service.
  • Respond through assigned written channels.
  • Review available history before asking for information.
  • Document actions and promised follow-up.
  • Escalate policy-dependent or sensitive requests.
• Ensure remote execution leaves written service quality accurate, secure, traceable, and ready for the next authorized teammate.

Position Details

Full-time, entry-level role. 100% remote within the United States.

Pay

Base salary: $44,000–$66,000 per year.
