Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute project workstreams, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timely delivery of milestones

  • Develop and present compelling reports and presentations for senior stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Economics, Engineering, or related discipline)
  • 3+ years of professional experience in strategy, consulting, operations, or a similarly analytical role
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects from conception through to delivery
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or equivalent)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distil complex information for diverse audiences

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA or relevant Master's) is a plus but not required
  • Experience in the technology or financial services sectors is advantageous
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Lean) is desirable

Pay

Base salary range: ZAR 720,000 – ZAR 900,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday to Friday, with core collaboration hours from 09:00 to 15:00 SAST. Flexibility is supported outside these core hours.
