CHARTER SCHOOL CAMPUS LIFE SITE DIRECTOR

About the role

The Campus Life Ministry Site Director is responsible for spiritual and organizational leadership, working with and through other people, and strong communication skills. They must embody YFC's Cultural Attributes and implement relational ministry actions to develop Authentic Christ-Sharing Relationships with young people.

Responsibilities

• Develop and Cultivate healthy access at 2-3 strategic campuses
• Direct Ministry with Students at 2-3 strategic campuses
• Direct Ministry with Volunteers, mobilized at 2-3 strategic campuses
• Fundraising & Administrative
• Personal Development
• Spiritual Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Three years of ministry experience
