Charter Sales Representative

About the role

Starr Bus Charter & Tours in Hamilton Township, NJ, one of the nation's largest privately owned Bus Charter & Tour companies, is seeking a talented, motivated, and detail-minded individual to join their team as a Charter Bus Sales Agent. The ideal candidate should be sales-focused, have excellent customer service skills, and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain existing accounts
• Serve and grow new accounts
• Make outbound calls to past customers
• Field incoming calls
• Call clients for trip information
• Cook up and coordinate transportation and logistics
• Help out around the office

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• High school degree or equivalent
• Ability to work closely with fellow team members to reach a common goal
• Excellent time management

Qualifications

• 1 or more years working in a sales position
• Familiarity working in a CRM
• Experience with Excel and importing/exporting data from one system to another
• Experience in tracking sales team performance
• College or associate degree

Schedule

The position is on-site, part-time, and 25-30 hours/week, between the hours of Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We can't wait to hear from you and have you join our team!
