Responsibilities
- Execute charter sales strategy and monthly/quarterly sales goals in partnership with the VP of Global Sales.
- Manage and grow an existing book of business; deepen relationships through consistent, high-touch communication and proactive trip planning support.
- Possess and develop new charter clients through outbound efforts, referrals, events, and strategic partnerships.
- Quote, sell, and coordinate charter trips with accuracy and urgency, maintaining high conversion rates and strong margins.
- Maintain strong alignment with Flight Operations to ensure feasibility, pricing integrity, schedule coordination, and an excellent end-to-end customer experience.
- Monitor market and competitor activity (pricing, positioning, fleet shifts, and client trends) to identify opportunities and protect revenue.
- Accurately track pipeline activity, trip history, and communications in company systems/CRM to ensure visibility and continuity.
- Collaborate with Marketing to support campaigns, events, and initiatives that drive charter demand and client retention.
- Provide premium customer service experience, resolving client issues quickly and professionally in coordination with internal teams.
Requirements
- Approximately five (5) years of experience selling private aviation charter and/or related aviation services, with demonstrated performance.
- Bring an existing book of business (active relationships and repeat charter buyers) and show the ability to expand it.
- Proven skill in developing and maintaining high-trust client relationships and consistently closing business.
- Experience with charter trip quoting, scheduling, and tracking software; comfortable working quickly with operational constraints.
- Strong commercial judgment-able to balance client needs with company profitability, feasibility, and service standards.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; polished, confident, and professional with high-net-worth and corporate clients.
- Self-directed, highly organized, and accountable; able to prospect independently and use internal/external resources to win.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; comfortable using social media/modern tools to support sales activity.
Qualifications

Competitive compensation package including base salary, commission, and bonuses.
Pay
$80,000 - $120,000 annually based on experience and performance.
