About the role
The Charter Sales Advisor is the primary driver of charter revenue at Jet Access, building direct relationships with high-value clients and converting interest into booked trips across the Jet Access fleet. This role blends consultative retail selling with the operational savvy to quote, book, and support wholesale transactions, ensuring every client interaction reflects our commitment to an exceptional private aviation experience.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with broker partners, positioning Jet Access as a reliable, competitive, and preferred operator in the wholesale marketplace.
- Process wholesale trip requests with accuracy and urgency, delivering competitive quotes that reflect current market pricing, fleet availability, and company margin requirements.
- Proactively pursue new broker relationships and wholesale channels, expanding the Jet Access presence in the marketplace and increasing inbound trip volume over time.
- Manage the full wholesale transaction lifecycle from initial quote through trip completion, maintaining clear documentation and consistent communication at every stage.
- Work collaboratively with the Charter Operations team to ensure booked wholesale trips are executed seamlessly, protecting the broker relationship and the Jet Access standard.

- Maintain current knowledge of available off-fleet resources, operator relationships, and market pricing to respond to requests with speed and confidence.
- Manage and grow your retail book of business, delivering the same consultative experience and service standard as the broader Jet Access charter team.
- Convert inbound retail inquiries and referrals into booked trips, capturing and applying client preferences, travel history, and service expectations to personalize the charter experience and build repeat business over time.
- Represent Jet Access professionally in all client interactions, maintaining the brand standard whether the engagement originates through wholesale or direct retail channels.
- Review sales and revenue reports regularly, identifying trends, tracking personal performance against targets, and surfacing insights that inform team strategy.
- Assist the accounting team in compiling data required for payroll, monthly reporting, and trip reconciliation as needed.
- Work with peer Team Members and the VP of Charter Sales to build toward shared department goals and align on performance targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, quote activity, and pipeline status to support forecasting and leadership decision-making.
- Participate in sales meetings, training, and coaching opportunities, contributing ideas and feedback that help elevate the performance of the entire Charter Sales team.
- Follow all company pricing guidelines, booking procedures, and compliance requirements when processing sales and coordinating trip logistics.
- Identify process improvement opportunities within the sales workflow and share recommendations with leadership to drive efficiency and scalability.
- Support the onboarding and ramp-up of new Charter Sales Team Members by sharing knowledge, client context, and best practices.
- Complete special projects and initiatives as needed, embracing opportunities to contribute to Jet Access's continued growth and success.
