Main Duties

• Strive to achieve event sales goals and sales per hour target.
• Create brand awareness through the sharing and demonstration of product knowledge.
• Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit within the parameters of the company guidelines.
• Lead by example at all times to promote the Tilbury Touch and exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrate a positive and cooperative approach towards work and colleagues.
• Aid and maintain an atmosphere of open and positive communication, professionalism, and creativity.
• Ensure the counter/gondola is "customer ready" from open to close of business.
• Maintain excellent counter hygiene standards, including cleaning display units, tools, and testers throughout the day.
• Aid in maintaining required inventory levels, including stock counts, rotation, and timely replenishment.
• Aid in visual merchandising, new launch displays, and collateral placement through communication with Sales and Artistry Executive.
• Aid in the execution of events.
• Maintain consistent communication with the Brand field team regarding any counter/gondola needs or concerns.
• Manage schedules, clock in/out, and submit time sheets on payroll application (allwork).
