As a Freelance Brand Expert, you will be part of the Charlotte Tilbury freelance team, bringing strong artistry, sales, and service talents to teach customers Charlotte’s secrets of makeup artistry—learned over 20 years at the top of the industry with celebrities and leading brands. You will deliver Charlotte’s philosophy of artistry made easy while contributing to building an exceptional beauty business. This role requires a sales-driven mindset and prior experience in beauty and retail.

Responsibilities

• Sales:
  • Strive to achieve event sales goals and sales-per-hour targets
  • Create brand awareness by sharing and demonstrating product knowledge
  • Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit within company guidelines
• Customer Service:
  • Lead by example to promote the Tilbury Touch and exceptional customer service
  • Deliver Charlotte’s philosophy of artistry made easy through unique, personalized shopping experiences
• Team Work:
  • Maintain a positive and cooperative approach with colleagues
  • Foster an atmosphere of open communication, professionalism, and creativity
• Operations:
  • Ensure the counter/gondola is "customer ready" from open to close of business
  • Maintain excellent counter hygiene, including cleaning display units, tools, and testers throughout the day
  • Assist with inventory management: stock counts, rotation, timely replenishment
  • Support visual merchandising, new launch displays, and collateral placement in coordination with the Sales and Artistry Executive
  • Assist in the execution of in-store events
  • Maintain consistent communication with the Brand field team regarding counter/gondola needs or concerns
  • Uphold high standards for schedule management, clocking in/out, and submitting timesheets via the payroll application (Allwork)

Working as part of an elite team, you will drive business through exceptional makeup artistry and customer service, reflecting the brand’s values and customer base. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets by delivering an amazing experience and exemplary service, exuding passion and enthusiasm for the brand.
