About the role

You’ll support our network of 20+ offices throughout the Charlotte area (all within a one-hour radius), stepping in to help teams thrive—whether that means covering vacations, sick days, or special events.

Responsibilities

• Support teams in various dental offices across the Charlotte region
• Step in to cover vacations, sick days, or special events
• Ensure smooth operations by providing dental hygiene services
• Build relationships with new teams and patients

Requirements

• Active Registered Dental Hygienist license
• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
• High integrity and professionalism
• Enjoy connecting with people and having fun at work

Benefits
