Chariot Labs Engineer
About the role
Chariot Labs is our internal brain helping the entire company adopt cutting-edge software and AI-driven tools (such as agent-based workflows) to power our next phase of growth. In this role, you will write code, build AI agents, and develop internal systems—either scaling them from v1 to v100 or creating them fully from scratch. You’ll collaborate directly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to translate strategy into automated workflows, programmatic outbound, and custom internal tools.
If you’re excited by the challenge of questioning whether a CRM is even necessary in the age of AI and prototyping workflows that could replace it, this role is for you. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who prioritizes simplicity, usability, and shipping—and wants to use their skills to make a tangible impact in the world. At Chariot, you’ll work on 0-to-1 products, contribute to a fast-moving team, and shape the future of online philanthropy.

- 3+ years of experience in Engineering, Growth Product Management, or technical RevOps.
- Hands-on coding experience (Python, JavaScript, SQL).
- Deep understanding of the sales funnel and the business logic behind data workflows.
