Job Duties
- Solves edits and exceptions and coordinates the resolution of charge session edits on a timely basis.
- Develops measures to track, trend and monitor charge sessions.
- Provides consistent and clear feedback to the Internal Consultants.
- Sets seeks ways to enhance professional competency through continuing education, participation in lectures, seminars committee meetings etc., relevant to the industry and creates and maintains a career map.

- Performs other related duties as required.
Education and Certifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Healthcare Administration or related field preferred.
- Additional degrees, business training experience and/or certifications may be combined to meet minimum qualifications.
- Related professional certification (e.g. CIA, CPA, CISA, CPC, CPC-A, CCS, Epic, etc.) preferred.
Work Experience
- 8 years healthcare or relevant experience including hospital, clinic, medical office, business services, revenue cycle, insurance industry, information technology and/or consulting.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs)
- Computer skills and dexterity required for data entry and retrieval of patient information.
- Proficient with Windows-style applications and keyboard.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present information clearly and professionally to varying levels of individuals throughout the patient care process.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
