Chargeback Specialist

Responsibilities

• Process and record sales tracing data using multiple formats including Excel and EDI
• Interact with the Sales Tracings and Contracts departments to resolve problems
• Communicate with sales force and sales administration
• Work and collaborate with external distributor customers
• Record all incoming chargeback and total dollar amount
