About the role
The Operating Room (OR) Charge RN provides clinical leadership and operational oversight of daily surgical services while maintaining direct patient care responsibilities as a circulating nurse across all surgical specialties.
Responsibilities
- Maintain direct patient care responsibilities as a circulating nurse across all surgical specialties.
- Ensure safe, efficient, and compliant perioperative care delivery.
- Balance real-time operational coordination with hands-on intraoperative nursing practice.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
- Certified in the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale.
- One year nursing experience with demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Circulating experience in the Operating Room.
- BSN preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years recent OR experience.
- CNOR preferred.
Qualifications
- California Registered Nurse License.
Skills

$77.41 - $107.19 per hour.
Schedule
Full time, 8-hour Evening shifts (11:00am-7:30pm).
