Charge RN - NICU

We are seeking dedicated Charge RNs for the NICU with full-time, night shift roles. Responsibilities Include Providing specialized nursing care in a neonatal intensive care settingLeading and coordinating patient care activitiesApplying clinical expertise to ensure optimal outcomesMentoring and supporting nursing staffEnsuring adherence to safety and quality standards Qualifications Graduation from a nursing programTexas RN licenseCurrent BLS certificationSpecialty certification for RN IV promotionNRP certification within 90 days of hireAt least 1 year of nursing experience with demonstrated leadership abilities Skills & Attributes: Strong clinical skills, leadership qualities, excellent communication, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and commitment to patient-centered care.
