About the role
We are seeking a Charge RN in the NICU (Level IV) to provide specialized nursing care on night shifts. This full-time position involves delivering world-class, patient-focused care, applying leadership skills, and ensuring the safety and well-being of neonatal patients.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate nursing care in the NICU setting.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Provide mentorship and support to nursing staff.
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards and safety protocols.
- Utilize your expertise to handle complex neonatal cases with compassion and professionalism.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Washington Registered Nurse License.
- Current BLS (American Heart Association) certification.
- NRP (American Academy of Pediatrics) certification.
- At least 1 year of NICU nursing experience demonstrating leadership abilities.
