Responsibilities
- Lead care from start to finish by evaluating patient needs, guiding clinical decisions, and maintaining efficient unit workflow.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate, Diploma, or BSN).
- Current RN license in the state or with compact licensure, meeting state requirements.
- American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications, or obtain within 90 days of hire.
