About the role

The Charge RN leads and coordinates patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing practices in alignment with established standards. Serves as a clinical resource and supports high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN)
• Licensure: Current RN license in the hiring state or compact state required
• Certifications: BLS (AHA) required within 30 days of hire. Additional certifications may be required based on unit, including: ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, ENPC, OCN, CPHON, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., C-EFM, or other unit-specific credentials
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs; prolonged standing and walking; frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, twisting, and squatting

Pay

$10,000 Sign On Bonus for full-time RNs with at least 1 year of experience. No contract required.
