Charge RN - Full-Time

About the role

The Charge Registered Nurse assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care based on theoretical concepts and standards of practice.

Responsibilities

• Providing comprehensive patient care
• Utilizing clinical judgment
• Ensuring adherence to safety protocols

• Maintaining compliance with licensure and certification requirements

Qualifications

• Nursing degree (associate's, diploma, or BSN)
• Current RN license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Additional unit‑specific certifications such as ACLS, PALS, TNCC, or others based on department

Skills & Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Physical tasks including reaching, bending, and kneeling
• Strong clinical judgment
• Communication skills
• Teamwork skills
