Role: Charge RN in the Inpatient Heart Failure unit Responsibilities Coordinate daily unit operations and staffing assignmentsOversee bedside nurses and ensure delivery of safe, evidence-based care for complex heart failure patientsManage patient flow and escalate clinical concerns appropriatelyCollaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomesMentor and support team members, fostering a culture of respect and inclusionParticipate in quality and safety initiatives to improve care standards Qualifications & Skills Leadership experience in a healthcare settingStrong communication and teamwork skillsKnowledge of inpatient cardiac care and complex patient managementAbility to mentor staff and foster a positive work environmentCommitment to continuous improvement and patient safety
