Join MercyOne's 5 South Team as a Charge Nurse. 5 South is a 40-bed Medical/Surgical Unit that cares for acutely ill adult patients with a wide range of conditions, including Urology, Nephrology, Trauma, Colorectal Surgery, and General Medical Conditions. This fast-paced, collaborative unit offers nurses the opportunity to build a strong clinical foundation while gaining experience across multiple specialties. Our team partners with Virtual Nursing to provide innovative, patient-centered care and support bedside nurses. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current Iowa RN license (or Illinois RN license if applicable)
• BLS required within 3 months of hire
• ACLS required within 3 months of hire
• BSN preferred
• Commitment to teamwork, professionalism, and patient-centered care
