Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing practices to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN).
- Current RN license in the state or a compact license.
- BLS certification required within 30 days; additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, or others may be needed based on the unit.
Skills and Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and kneeling.
