Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Charge Registered Nurse (RN) to manage the daily operations of our outpatient centers. The role involves managing a multi-disciplinary team, collaborating with physicians, and delivering superior patient care.

Job Description

• Manage the daily operations of outpatient centers.
• Provide day-to-day guidance, support, and direction to direct patient care staff.
• Ensure compliance with company and facility procedures and regulations.
• Assess patient care needs and develop appropriate patient care assignments.
• Assume primary responsibility in emergency situations and communicate concerns to the rounding physician.
• Monitor and supervise patient care activities during dialysis and assist as necessary.
• Collaborate with the direct patient care team to make decisions that benefit patient care.
• Administer medications to patients according to physician's orders.
• Supervise the safe and effective use of all equipment involved in direct patient care.
• Operate dialysis-related and emergency equipment safely and efficiently.
• Complete Nurse's Technical Training Program/Water Quality Facility Training.
• Coordinate Charge Nurse duties with Staff RNs acting in the relief charge capacity.
