Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Charge Registered Nurse (RN) to manage the daily operations of our outpatient centers. The role involves managing a team, collaborating with physicians, and delivering superior patient care.

Job Description

• Manage the daily operations of outpatient centers.
• Provide day-to-day guidance, support, and direction to direct patient care staff.
• Ensure compliance with company and facility procedures and regulations.
• Assess daily patient care needs and develop patient care assignments.
• Assume primary responsibility in an emergency situation.
• Maintain knowledge in dialysis practices through participation in in-services.
• Supervise all documentation of patient information.
• Coordinate Charge Nurse duties with Staff RNs.
• Supervise the safe and effective use of all equipment involved in direct patient care.
• Operate dialysis-related and emergency equipment safely and efficiently.
• Complete Nurse's Technical Training Program/Water Quality Facility Training.
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
