Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Charge Registered Nurse (RN) to manage the daily operations of our outpatient centers. The role involves managing a multi-disciplinary team, collaborating with physicians, and delivering superior patient care.

Job Description

• Manage the daily operations of outpatient centers.
• Provide day-to-day guidance, support, and direction to direct patient care staff.
• Ensure compliance with company and facility procedures and regulations.
• Assess patient needs, respond to dialysis treatments, and communicate concerns to rounding physicians.
• Maintain patient care assignments and monitor all patient care activity during dialysis.
• Supervise all documentation of patient information and coordinate Charge Nurse duties.
• Assist with special projects and interviewing potential direct patient care staff.

Success Profile

• Strong management and supervisory skills.
• Prior direct patient care experience, especially in dialysis.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with patients and their families.
