Responsibilities

• Provides patient care according to standards
• Supervises and delegates to staff
• Manages staffing and schedules

Qualifications

• Accredited nursing degree
• Active RN license in the state
• At least two years of relevant clinical experience
• Certifications such as CPR, ACLS, and specialty-specific credentials are necessary
• Experience in management and specialized areas is preferred
