Charge Nurse (RN) - Medical Surgical - $34-44 per hour

Role Overview: This position is for a Med Surg Charge Nurse (RN) responsible for leading nursing teams, implementing departmental changes, managing budgets, and making independent decisions in high-stress situations. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate patient care on the Med Surg unit.Provide leadership and mentorship to nursing staff.Manage departmental operations, including budgeting and process improvements.Ensure compliance with clinical standards and safety protocols.Participate in leadership development and career growth opportunities. Qualifications & Skills Registered Nurse license in Arizona.Graduate of an accredited nursing program.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to make independent decisions under pressure.CPR certification; ACLS and PALS preferred or required within specified timelines.Management experience and specialty certifications are a plus; BSN preferred.
