Charge Nurse (RN/LPN) – Night Shift $1,500 Sign On Bonus!

Join the caring team at Carmel Hills Wellness & Rehabilitation in Independence, MO. We’re seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for full-time night shifts (7p-7a).

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in accordance with facility policies and state regulations
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor residents’ health and report changes to the clinical team
• Assist with admissions, assessments, care planning, and discharges
• Supervise CNAs and ensure care is delivered with excellence and safety
• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams

Requirements

• Valid RN or LPN license in the state of Missouri (Required)
• Graduate of an accredited RN or LPN program (Required)
• Current CPR/BLS certification (Required)
• Long-term care or rehab nursing experience (Preferred but not required)
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
