Charge Nurse (RN) - In-Patient Hospice $10,000 sign-on bonus

Summary of Job Responsibilities

This position is responsible for ensuring the highest quality of patient care in the FCC setting by following organizational policies/procedures, regulations, industry standards and fiscal accountability. The charge nurse oversees the emotional and physical health and safety of every person in the FCC inpatient unit - staff, patients and family members.

What You Bring

• RN’s with a minimum of 3 years acute care experience in medical/surgical, ICU, ER or other acute care health setting experience
• Current Colorado RN license maintained throughout employment
• Current CPR certification maintained throughout employment
• Valid Colorado driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to navigate emotional or high-stress situations with professionalism and compassion
• Experience with EHR systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Participates in the on-call, holiday, weekend, and after-hour’s rotation.

Schedule

Rotating days of the week, 9:00am–9:00pm, with occasional on-call/weekend requirement

Pay

• ASN: $38.02–$41.75/hour
• BSN: $39.20–$43.05/hour
