Responsibilities

• Coordinates the delivery of nursing care in collaboration with medical, ancillary, and support staff.
• Provides leadership and maintains standards of nursing practice in the clinical setting.
• Serves as a clinical and leadership resource and role model for staff.

Requirements

• RN License in the state you are applying
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• At least three years of inpatient telemetry or critical care nursing experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior Charge Nurse or Supervisory experience
• CCRN certification
• A high level of comfort working with complex disease processes, ventilators, tracheostomies, and invasive and non-invasive monitoring techniques
