About the Role

The Registered Nurse provides high-quality nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs within a collaborative care team. They serve as a key liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring patient advocacy, safety, and satisfaction. The nurse participates in performance improvement initiatives, maintains professional competence, mentors colleagues, and upholds confidentiality and safety standards.

Requirements

• Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in Nursing.
• Active RN licensure (single-state or multi-state).
• Certifications: BLS and RN licensure.
