Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Coordinate care with team members and advocate for patient and family needs.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and maintain professional standards and confidentiality.
• Support shared governance and professional growth.
• Monitor patient conditions and develop and communicate care plans.
• Ensure safe and effective care delivery and document assessments and interventions.
• Respond to patient concerns and educate patients and families.
• Contribute to quality improvement and mentor colleagues.
• Uphold organizational policies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferred).
• Valid RN license with BLS certification.
• Multi-state or single-state RN license.
• Commitment to professional development, teamwork, and patient-centered care.
