Role Overview

The registered nurse provides high-quality patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs within a collaborative team. They serve as a key communicator between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring safety, confidentiality, and adherence to professional standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, assist with care plans, and prioritize patient flow
• Deliver safe, effective care and maintain detailed documentation
• Advocate for patients, address concerns, and educate patients and families
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and support organizational goals
• Mentor and foster growth among nursing colleagues

Qualifications & Skills

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
• Current RN license (multi-state or single-state)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Strong communication, teamwork, and professional standards adherence
