We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, duplicated lines, application instructions. We need to parse the posting. Key content: - Job title: Charge Nurse in the Operating Room at TJUH- Center City Campus (but we don't repeat as heading) - Full Time, Night shift 12s or (4) 10-hour shifts. Position does not require on call. - With a commitment to patient- and family-centered care... (summary repeated) - Assists in leading daily operations... - Acts as a resource, lead, clinical role model... - Advances and oversees patient care standards... - Facilitates and coordinates patient care delivery... - Supports nursing professional development, Magnet, Shared Governance... - Job Duties list (many bullet-like sentences) - Minimum Qualifications: list of items (Specialized Diploma, 3 years RN, Effective Communication, Patient-and Family-Centered Practice, Cultural Awareness, Care Coordination, Patient Safety, Medication Administration and Prescription, Discharge Planning, Assessment and Diagnosis, Health Information Documentation, RN Licensed Registered Nurse_PA - State of Pennsylvania) - Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree BSN or completion within 3 years; Certification in specialty if required; Additional Qualifications: Active RN license required in state of practice - Physical Demands: Lift and carry 40-50 lbs, examples, frequent standing/walking, etc. - Work Shift: Workday Night (United States of America) - Benefits: Jefferson offers a comprehensive package of benefits for full-time and part-time colleagues, including medical (including prescription), supplemental insurance, dental, vision, life and AD&D insurance, short- and long-term disability, flexible spending accounts, retirement plans, tuition assistance, as well as voluntary benefits... Colleagues have access to tuition discounts at Thomas Jefferson University after one year of full time service or two years of part time service. All colleagues... have access to medical (including prescription) insurance. For more benefits information, please click here (we can drop the link instruction? It's application instruction? It's more info; but we can keep description but not the "please click here". Probably we can keep description but not the link. The instruction says remove application instructions. "For more benefits information, please click here" is like a link instruction; we can drop that sentence. - Pay: Not mentioned. So we should NOT include Pay section. - Schedule: The posting mentions Full Time, Night shift 12s or (4) 10-hour shifts. Position does not require on call. That's schedule info. So we can include a Schedule section with that content. - About the role: Could be the summary paragraph(s). We'll create About the role section with the description of role (the first paragraphs). Possibly combine with Responsibilities? But we need to follow headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide what goes where. We have content for: - About the role: general description (commitment to patient- and family-centered care, uses nursing process, assists leading daily operations, acts as resource, advances standards, facilitates care delivery, supports professional development). That's basically the summary. - Responsibilities: the Job Duties list (the long list of duties). Could be placed under Responsibilities. - Requirements: Minimum Qualifications (the list of items). Could be under Requirements. - Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications (Bachelor's, certification, active RN license). Could be under Qualifications. - Skills: maybe we can extract from Minimum Qualifications items like Effective Communication, Patient-and Family-Centered Practice, Cultural Awareness, Care Coordination, Patient Safety, Medication Administration, Discharge Planning, Assessment and Diagnosis, Health Information Documentation. Those are skills/competencies. Could put under Skills. - Benefits: the benefits paragraph. - Schedule: shift info. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include Job ID etc. We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. We'll produce something like:

Full Time, Night shift 12s or (4) 10-hour shifts. Position does not require on call.

We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO etc. We removed that. Check for duplicated lines: The summary appears twice in original; we used it once. Check for any mention of Pay: none, so we omitted Pay section. Check for any mention of "Work Shift Workday Night (United States of America)" - we captured schedule. Check for any mention of "Physical Demands" - we didn't include a section for Physical Demands because there's no heading for that in allowed list; but we could incorporate into Requirements or Skills? The instructions say we should only use those headings; we could put physical demands under Requirements maybe? But we already have Requirements list; we could add a bullet for Physical Demands. However the instruction: "Use
