RN – Charge Nurse | Med/Surg Oncology Winter Haven Hospital – Winter Haven, FL Full Time | Day Shift (6:45 AM – 7:15 PM) | Every Other Weekend “We dedicate our lives to caring for yours.” BayCare Health System is seeking an experienced RN – Charge Nurse to join the Medical/Surgical Oncology unit at Winter Haven Hospital. This role is ideal for a strong clinical leader who is passionate about oncology care, patient advocacy, and team development. Position Overview The RN Charge Nurse provides clinical and operational leadership for the unit, serving as a role model, preceptor, and clinical resource while ensuring high-quality, compassionate care for oncology patients.
