Shreveport Manor is seeking motivated Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team as Charge Nurses on Monday–Friday shifts (3–11 PM and 11 PM–7 AM).

Responsibilities

• Confer with the Medical Director and attending physician regarding assigned residents.
• Consult with physicians on resident evaluations and assist the Director of Nursing in planning and developing nursing services.
• Support the growth and development of team members.
• Assess residents and their records/charts to identify early signs of physical, emotional, or mental health concerns.
• Perform administrative duties, including completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, and charting for assigned residents.

Requirements

• Current LPN/LVN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
