Charge Nurse (LVN/RN) (PRN)
About the role
As a LVN/RN at Smoky Hill Health & Rehabilitation, you will play a critical role in delivering compassionate and high-quality nursing care to our patients. Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities.
- Observe and report changes in patients' conditions to the nursing supervisor or physician promptly.
- Assist with wound care, catheter care, and other medical procedures as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting care provided and patient responses.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and post-treatment care.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and infection control standards.
