Charge Nurse LVN-LPN

About the role

Under general supervision, actively incorporates our "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care." Develops awareness of residents' interests and needs, and assists residents to maximize their rehabilitation, independence and participation. Supervises nursing team and provides care and assistance of residents in the assigned care area; effectively plans and implements nursing services to provide quality care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents to maximize their rehabilitation, independence and participation
• Supervise nursing team in the assigned care area
• Provide care and assistance to residents
• Effectively plan and implement nursing services to provide quality care

Pay & Schedule

• Compensation: $32.00 - $38.00 per hour based on experience
• Part-time, 3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. shift
• Rotating schedule: 2 days on, 4 days off
