Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate nursing care during shifts
• Administer medications and treatments
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to implement care plans
• Support families and ensure regulatory compliance
• Guide and mentor CNAs

Requirements

• Active Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license
• Experience in memory care or similar setting preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to respond promptly to resident needs
• Commitment to compassionate, person-centered care
