About the role

We are The Guest House Nursing and Skilled Rehab, a state-of-the-art facility dedicated to providing exceptional care to our residents. We are expanding our team and seek a motivated Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Conferring with the Medical Director and attending physicians regarding specific residents assigned to you.
• Consulting with physicians concerning resident evaluation and assisting the Director of Nursing in planning and developing nursing services.
• Helping team members grow their careers.
• Examining residents and their records to distinguish between normal and abnormal findings, recognizing early signs of serious health issues.
• Completing administrative tasks such as medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc., for assigned residents.

Qualifications

• Must have a current LPN/LVN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
