Responsibilities

• Confer with the Medical Director and attending physicians regarding specific residents assigned to you.
• Consult with physicians concerning resident evaluations and assist the Director of Nursing in planning and developing nursing services.
• Support the growth and development of your team members.
• Examine residents and their records/charts to identify normal vs. abnormal findings, recognizing early signs of physical, emotional, or mental health issues.
• Perform administrative duties, including completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, and charting for assigned residents.

Requirements

• Current LVN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
