Charge Nurse (LPN OR RN) Overnight Hours / $5 Differential / IPERS

The Charge Nurse (LPN OR RN) position at Thomas Rest Haven offers overnight hours with a $5 differential and participation in the IPERS program. This full-time position oversees patient care, coordinates with other healthcare professionals, and ensures the smooth operation of the facility.
Responsibilities
- Oversee patient care and coordinate with other healthcare professionals
- Ensure the safety and well-being of patients
- Manage the nursing staff and delegate tasks effectively
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely
- Participate in facility meetings and committees
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- At least one year of relevant nursing experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience with managing a team and overseeing patient care
Qualifications
