The Springs of Avalon is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for immediate openings. New graduates are welcome.
Clinical Setting

Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing activities and ensure compliance with applicable standards
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Administer prescribed medications
- Record medical information and vital signs
- Assist patients with daily tasks while promoting independence and self-esteem
- Manage geriatric syndromes
- Educate family members in implementing best practices for older adults
12-hour shifts; full-time, part-time, and per diem positions available.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN license
