Full-time 12-hour shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Pay rate: $41–$43 per hour (based on experience) plus $2 night-shift differential and 10% weekend-shift differential.

The RN Charge Nurse is a strong leader who serves as a resource for the nursing staff, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to deliver optimal resident care.
Responsibilities
- Assists with scheduling and ensures adequate staffing coverage
- Provides day-to-day support to the nursing staff to ensure resident care is carried out in accordance with Smith Village policies, procedures, and standards
Requirements
- Active RN or LPN license in good standing in Illinois
- Minimum 3 years of Long-Term Care experience preferred
- Excellent customer service, communication, and leadership skills
- Strong computer skills
