Qualifications Include Graduate from an accredited nursing school; Bachelor's degree preferredAt least 1 year of hospital nursing experience; 2+ years preferredCurrent RN licensure with Georgia or multistate licensureRequired certifications: BCLS, ACLS, PALS, Chemotherapy/Biotherapy, NRP, PEARS, and specialty-specific certifications as applicableAdditional certifications may be required based on specialty area, such as ENPC, TNCC, or AWHONN Fetal Monitoring Key Responsibilities Include Assessing patient needs, developing, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plansLeading care coordination and promoting a safe, ethical, and culturally inclusive environmentCollaborating with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure quality outcomesMaintaining current knowledge through ongoing education, research, and evidence-based practicesEnsuring compliance with certification requirements within designated timeframes based on specialty area
