About the role
The RN - Charge Nurse is proficient in the care of a patient population utilizing effective managerial skills. They act as a professional role model for other members of the nursing team, responsible for developing self and team members and sharing organizational information. This role also performs the role of preceptor and charge nurse.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Registered Nurse license.
- BLS.
- 2 years RN acute care experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- PREFERRED: 1 year Leadership experience.
