Join the Capitol River Wellness & Rehabilitation team in Jefferson City, Missouri, United States. Work two consecutive 12-hour shifts (24 hours) on Saturday and Sunday and get paid for 32 hours, plus an additional $5 an hour on weekends.
About the Role
As a Charge Nurse, you will lead by example and provide exceptional care to our patients. You will oversee the daily operations of our healthcare facility, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and attention. You will work closely with the nursing team to develop and implement care plans, monitor patient progress, and communicate effectively with colleagues and families. Your leadership skills and clinical expertise will help drive our team to excellence and improve patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Oversees the daily operations of the nursing unit, including staffing, scheduling, and assigning tasks to team members
- Develops and implements patient care plans in conjunction with the healthcare team
- Monitors patient progress, identifies areas for improvement, and adjusts care plans as needed
- Communicates effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions
- Participates in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and reduce complications
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment

Pay
Paid for 32 hours for working 24 hours (two 12-hour shifts on weekends) with an additional $5 an hour on weekends.
Schedule
