About the role
Lutheran Home of the Good Shepherd (LHGS) is seeking Full-Time and Part-Time Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for various shifts.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and well-being of residents
- Maintain continuity and quality of care
- Support residents in achieving their highest possible level of function
Requirements
- Hold a North Dakota RN or LPN License
Qualifications
- Hourly Wage: $26.59–$39.82 (depending on experience and licensure)
- Sign-On Incentives: - $15,000 for Full-Time - $7,500 for Part-Time (Paid quarterly over a 15-month contract)
- Shift Differentials: - Weekend hours - Hours worked between 2:00 PM – 6:00 AM - Additional pay for extra shift pickup

Schedule
- Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Every other weekend and every other holiday required
