Charge Nurse (RN) responsible for leading and coordinating nursing care on acute care units.
Responsibilities
- Supervise clinical staff and manage patient flow.
- Support admissions and discharges to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Serve as a clinical resource and mentor team members.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care.
Qualifications & Skills
- Current RN license.
- Prior acute care and leadership experience preferred.
- Strong clinical, supervisory, and communication skills.
- Ability to foster a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
